STC 2009 and TurkMIA MI '09 are associated and the main theme of the conference is "Travel health Informatics and Telehealth". Papers which are closely related to main theme are also welcome, such as personal portable devices, electronic health records, informatics for disabled and rehabilitation, ubiquitous computing. The paper related to other topics will be evaluated under TurkMIA Conference.
